The Young Naturalists Club of the Cowichan Valley

The Young Naturalists Club is for children ages 5 to 11 and their families.  We hold Explorer Days every month, September to November and January to May, usually beginning at 10 am and usually on the fourth Saturday of the Month.  The club is sponsored by the Cowichan Valley Naturalists' Society and is affiliated with the Young Naturalists Club of British Columbia.

Membership costs $15 per family per year and includes a subscription to the quarterly magazine NatureWILD, the CVNS Winter Celebration in December, and the CVNS picnic in June.

The Youth Streamkeepers Club is open to youth ages 10 to 18.  Members take the Streamkeepers Course and the group takes responsibility for the health of a local stream.  This program is open to youth ages 10-18.  Email cvns at naturecowichan.net for more information.
