WHERE ARE WE?
Just a 10-minute drive from the Tsawwassen-Duke Point Ferry and about 15 minutes from Nanaimo.

HOW DO YOU GET HERE?
Keep reading for directions to get to Fiddick's Farm Bed & Breakfast
From
the DUKE POINT Ferry:
As soon as you get off the Duke Point Ferry, look for and take the Cedar
Road left turn lane. This will run parallel to the highway, then turn
right overpassing the highway. Follow the signs to Cedar until, eventually
you will come to a 3-way stop sign. Turn left over the highway again,
onto Macmillan Road. A very short block takes you to the Esso station/Mill
way store, here turn left onto Holden-Corso Road for a few kilometers.
You will pass small farms and come to twisting hill, keep going on the
main road following the yellow lines on the road past where the road changes
name to Barnes Road. Do not turn halfway up the hill where Holden-Corso
Road goes off to the right. Keep on past the farms until you see the ocean,
then go down the hill and turn left on Leask Road. One block, at the top
of the hill on Leask Road you will see a set of mailboxes, there turn
left on Ivor Road, then immediately turn left again into our driveway.
It is marked with a sign and 1431 Ivor Road. Whew! You made it, the view
is worth it!
From
the DEPARTURE BAY Ferry:
After disembarking the ferry go straight through the first set of lights onto
Stewart Avenue directly into Nanaimo. Follow the signs for Highway 19A through
Nanaimo on the route to Victoria. Carry on south of Nanaimo past Petroglyph
Park to Chase River. You will go through several sets of traffic lights that
service the shopping centre and Extension. Cedar Road is at the next set of
lights under the overpass and the traffic light there allows for two left
lanes to turn onto Cedar Road. You will pass the Regional Landfill, trees
and scattered homes. Carry on straight after crossing the Nanaimo River bridge,
where the road becomes Harmac Road. Do not take Cedar Road as it turns right
up Cranberry Hill. Travel along Harmac Road until you come to a three-way
stop sign. Take a right turn onto Macmillan Road. A very short block takes
you to the Esso station/Millway store, here turn left onto Holden-Corso Road
for a few kilometers. You will pass small farms and come to twisting hill,
keep going on the main road following the yellow lines on the road past where
the road changes name to Barnes Road. Do not turn halfway up the hill where
Holden-Corso Road goes off to the right. Keep on past the farms until you
see the ocean, then go down the hill and turn left on Leask Road. One block,
at the top of the hill on Leask Road you will see a set of mailboxes, there

Yellow Point. Travel past the intersection of Yellow Point Road. Along the
way you will pass small farms, a corner store with gas station, more farms,
the Cedar Community Hall and Memorial Gardens. The road straightens out and
comes to a "Y" intersection where the Yellow Point loop route joins
Cedar Road again. Immediately after this intersection look turn right on Wobank
