Bed & Breakfast Labour Day to Canada Day

1. Weekend and Weekday Getaways-- We specialize in off-season adult getaways, offering 2 lovely rooms with Queen beds, feather mattresses and down quilts. Both with ocean-front views. Enjoy biking, beachcombing, bird and wildlife viewing, and stormwatching, or simply participate in the Grassy Point Winter Triathlon (walking, reading, sleeping). Rooms are $99 and $109 per night (October-April) & $109 and $119 per night (May, June & September) -- including your choice of a full Canadian or continental breakfast served in the main dining room.

2. The entire Guest House, as described below, can also be rented by the week in the off-season for $2300 by special arrangement. Suitable for senior sojourns, girlfriends' getaway or bridge club marathons. Memories are made at Grassy Point.

Grassy Point Guest House, including living room, dining room, four bedrooms (one King, three Queens) - each with a private glass door opening onto oceanfront deck, three bathrooms, full kitchen, cable television, CD music system, all furnishings, linen and kitchenware, large decks front and back. Cost is $2700 per week (Sunday to Sunday) for a maximum of eight (8) guests.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Grassy Point is a 2 ½ hour drive from Victoria, British Columbia, followed by two ten-minute ferry rides.
• We enjoy almost year-round kayaking from the Point; it is one of the Island's best kayak launching sites. Rental kayaks are available on the island.
• In winter, you can "walk on the wild side" - the West Coast south easterlies are magnificent to watch from your room or all bundled up on shore.
• Sea lions are commonly sighted in March and April. Whales swim by, and resident eagles and deer can be seen all year. Seabirds and their young abound in Spring. Cruise ships ply the channel in Summer.
• Cycling, hiking and beachcombing are year-round activities.
• We offer a smoke-free environment.
• Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets. This is a firm policy at Grassy Point Guest House.
• We accept payment by cash or cheque only.
