ANNUAL CYCLING MEETING - Monday the 29th -11 am, Oceanside Arena. Come out and discuss all aspects, concerns, ideas and suggested places to ride. The Regional District is having a Seminar on ‘Nutrition for you – Healthy Aging’ from 1:30 to 3:00 pm at the Oceanside Arena. It is designed for people aged 55 and up. This is an excellent seminar that will help you to really understand Food Labels, and will provide much information on healthy eating for Seniors. Pre-registration is required at the Oceanside Arena (hockey/skating rinks). There is no cost. |

Lunch and Echo Theatre Production of “WAITING FOR THE PARADE”, which is the Echo Theatre Entry for the North Island Drama Festival. Lunch provided at Qualicum Beach Legion at Noon. SPRING VARIETY SHOW - Thursday April 15th at Qualicum Beach Civic Centre. Theme is “Lost on a Tropic Isle”. We would like to know who is interested in participating in any way. This includes dinner, drinks, decorating, staging and performing to the final clean up.
