Safety guidlines:  We usually have faster and slower groups and designate a leader for each at the beginning of the walk.  Leaders count the walkers and designate "sweeps" who will know who and where the last walkers are.  Tell a leader if you want to leave the group.  It's good to have a whistle or cell phone for emergencies.  Tell new walkers about the guidelines.

If you know of anyone who would like to walk with PGOSA, or if you have suggestions for new walks, or any concerns, please contact Donna Bebb 248-2354, Bonnie Mardis 752-8770 or Marj Wilkie 248-9776
