We are here to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. If you have a concern regarding the way in which an animal is being treated or cared for, please contact us at 248-3811. This pertains to pets, livestock, and wildlife which is being kept in captivity.
The BC SPCA is one of the several humane organizations contributing to the new legislation that is being pursued by the Canadian Federation of Humane Societies (CFHS) on our behalf.
