"Little Original" Commissions

It gives Lisa and I the wonderful pleasure to team up with local west coast photographer, Don Poisson. Together we offer you two types of art forms; Don's mood felt photography of the west coast and our little originals of about 8 inches by 10 inches, derived from his images. They are professionally framed locally.

Lisa and I have been thinking of a way that people can easily afford my original work and at the same time allowing me to able to create my paintings in a shorter time.

We will offer people the opportunity to have us paint them a custom little original from Don's vast collection of prints or one can offer their own image choice. It should be noted the final image we will paint will be decided by us, because we have to uphold our painting reputation.

The idea to create the little originals came from a close friend, J.J. Aaron of La Fontana Restaurant. He told us that artists in Europe often created little paintings so that they can be sold for a reasonable price. J. J. also went to say, he wished he had bought a small original Pablo Picasso for a modest price, when he had the chance many years ago when he lived in Paris (his home city).
