I built a jig to hold the first set of stringers at right angles to the webs
Clamping on the top and bottom plates - there is a lot of work in these shaped beams
Edges routered out ready for filling with epoxy/silica mixture to prevent grain crushing from lashings. Beams were sheathed after this.

Finished beams in place during initial assembly. After all that work I had to paint them a bright colour so they would get noticed! The beam sockets are a bit beefier than the design and made carefully so they are a tight fit. Notice also the dorades.
