Chain saw carving, or power saw carving, is taking a piece of salvaged wood  and seeing art inside the wood.  The art we see is the wildlife that makes its home on the west coast of Vancouver Island.  The end result is quite amazing.  Using a tool most people associate with cutting a tree, we sculpt eagles and bears and stellar seals out of the wood.

We hope you enjoy looking at our pieces as much as we enjoyed making them.   if you are on Vancouver Island, drop in and visit our art gallery at 3910 Alberni Highway.
Look for the big cedar sign that says "Wildlife Carvers".  That's us.
